5. Payments and Refunds
Payment Terms: Payments must be completed before course access is granted. We accept credit card payments via Stripe and Eventbrite for live seminars.
Refund Policy: Refunds are available under limited circumstances and at the sole discretion of INHESTA LLC. No refunds will be issued after course access has been granted or after in-person training sessions have commenced, except in cases of course cancellation by INHESTA LLC.
Multi-Seat Purchases: For companies or managers registering multiple employees, our website allows group payment for up to 10 students. Each individual must meet eligibility requirements for certification.
6. Course Certification and Completion
Certifications are issued upon successful completion of courses and meeting passing criteria. Certifications are valid for the period stated in the course details, typically one year, and require renewal upon expiration to remain valid.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers and students are responsible for the following:
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Completing all course requirements to achieve certification.
Understanding the limitations and scope of certifications issued by INHESTA LLC.
